Meet the Client:
The role of NGOs in society today is multifaceted. However, no matter what causes they support, their goal is to protect the rights of marginalized populations. Being part of an NGO means being part of a system whose goal is to make the world a better and safer place for everyone, whether it is delivering humanitarian aid or establishing sustainable development programs.
Mr. Ravi Sharma is the man behind Mission Chetna, which is based out of Delhi, India. Mr. Sharma left his highly successful corporate career to pursue his passion for serving society. Mission Chetna is actively attempting to narrow the disparity in wealth by giving resources and support to the less privileged. By promoting the acts of goodness performed by “Chetna heroes,” they hope to inspire millions of others.
Despite all the amazing work that Mission Chetna had been doing, its outdated website tarnished its brand image. Poor website design can detract from an organization’s legitimacy and hinder its fundraising strategy. A redesign of their website was necessary as after the launch of their “coffee table book,” a book that celebrates Chetna Heroes, the brand would become widely publicized. Consequently, Ninjas were summoned.

Built on WordPress

Fully Responsive Layout

Our Approach
The initial objective for Ninjas was to design a more convincing graphical presentation and SEO content because the existing website seemed highly questionable and lacked data. This would be in line with Mission Chetna’s philosophy. Furthermore, we wanted to emphasize the organization’s influence, so we concentrated on showcasing inspiring stories to reinforce its identity. We created a landing page that tells users what Mission Chetna is all about, something that was lacking in the previous version.
Having a comprehensive sitemap enables us to link snippets of content to individual pages. Using high-resolution visuals and a clear navigational flow, the result was a clean, responsive website that was mobile-friendly and page speed optimized.
Calls to action were built into the layout, along with the integration of social media. Through this, we increased user engagement while also inviting them to donate or volunteer. Testimonials were used to improve the website’s SEO rankings, while social media marketing and blogging services were also employed to increase brand awareness.
